Veg Shanghai Rolls


1.Maida 1 cup
2.Corn flour 1/2 cup
3.Carrot grated 1/2 cup
4.Boiled potatoes 2
5.Cashew nuts
6.Salt to taste
7.Coriander leaves
8.Green chillies 2
9.Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
10.Oil for deep frying
11.Besan flour 2 tbsp


1.Take a bowl combine potatoes,carrot,coriander,cashew nuts,salt,green chillies,garlic,besan flour and mix well all the ingredients.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Take another combine corn flour,maida,besan flour,salt and mix well with water,prepare a smooth batter.
4.Heat a non stick skillet,pour the batter on pan and rotate evenly in a circular motion,cook for a minute and remove from pan.
5.Sprinkle some corn flour and rub all over it,Now stuff the prepared mixture in middle,grease some water around.
6.Roll it very tightly and cut into small pieces with a knife and deep fry till nice golden colour.Serve hot with tomato sauce.
