Kaju Butter Paneer

Kaju Butter Paneer


1.Paneer 200 grams
2.Cashew nut paste 50 grams
3.Butter 25 grams
4.Salt to taste
5.Fresh cream 1 tbsp
6.Red chilli powder
7.Cardamoms 3
8.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
9.Kasoori methi 1 tbsp
10.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
11.Tomatoes chopped 2  tbsp
12.Onion chopped 1 cup


1.Heat some oil and butter in a pan,add onions and saute,fry till nice golden brown colour.
2.Add tomatoes,ginger garlic paste,salt and mix well,fry till raw smell goes and tomatoes are soft.
3.Add coriander powder and give it a stir,add tomato cashew nut paste an mix well,add some water as required and mix it well.Cook for few minutes.
4.Add red chilli powder,paneer,fresh cream and mix it well.Cook until  mixture releases  oil on the sides of pan.Finally transfer into a bowl,garnish with fresh cream.Serve hot.
