Ingredients:


1.Brinjal
2.Red chillies
3.Dry coconut powder
4.Besan flour
5.Putnalu
6.Onions
7.Coriander seeds
8.Cumin seeds
9.Salt
10.Cooking soda
11.Vaamu
12.Oil

Preparation:

1.Combine red chillies,dry coconut,vaamu,cumin and coriander seeds powder,putnalu,salt,garlic and blend into a fine powder.
2.Make slits to brinjals,drop them in hot oil and deep fry till light brown colour.Keep aside in a separate plate.
3.Now stuff the ground powder along with some onions in fried brinjals.
4.Combine besan flour,salt,cooking soda and mix well with water,prepare a smooth batter.
5.Now dip fried and stuffed brinjal in besan batter,gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
