Chamadumpala Perugu Pulusu


1.Chamadumpalu boiled and peeled 1/4 kilo
2.Curd 1 cup
3.Besan flour 2 tbsp
4.Salt to taste
5.Turmeric powder a pinch
6.Dried red chillies 3
7.Green chillies 2
8.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
9.Mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp
10.Curry leaves
11.Coriander leaves
12.Oil 2 tbsp
13.Oil 2 tbsp
14.Garlic cloves 5


1.Take a bowl combine whisked curd with besan flour,salt ,red chilli powder,turmeric and some water,mix well.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add dried red chillies,mustard,cumin,curry leaves,garlic and saute for minute.
3.Now add besan curd batter,some water as required to the frying pan and mix,cook for few minutes.
4.Add chamadumpalu,green chillies and mix,cook for another few minute till turn into thick consistency.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
