Ingredients:

1.Freshly Grated Coconut 2 cups
2.Wheat flour 2 cups
3.Sugar 2 cups
4.Cashew nuts 20 grams
5.Cardamoms
6.Ghee 1/4 cup

Preparation:

1.Heat some ghee in a pan,add coconut grated and saute for few minutes till light brown colour.
2.Add sugar to the frying pan and mix well,fry till sugar melts evenly and attains thick consistency.
3.Add cashew nut,cardamom powder to the pan and mix well.Prepare a dough mixture.
4.Prepare a smooth dough by adding wheat flour and some water.
5.Roll the dough ball into small puri and stuff coconut mixture,wrap around the edges of puri,close it.
6.Roll into a thin layered chapathi,meanwhile heat a skillet by drizzling some ghee and place bobattu,fry evenly on both sides till brown spots appear on both sides.
