Kalakhand Poornaalu

Ingredients:

1.Kalakhand
2.Bread
3.Urad dal
4.Rice
5.Salt
6.Oil

Preparation:


1.Take a bowl combine kalakhand,bread slices (crumbled) and mix well,prepare round balls with mixture,keep aside in a plate.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Soak rice and urad dal for 2 hours,blend into a fine batter.
4.Dip balls in batter,drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour.
5.Transfer into a plate and serve.
