1.Wheat flour 1 cup
2.Sev 1 cup
3.Onion chopped 1
4.Carrot grated 1/2 cup
5.Green peas 1/2 cup
6.Boiled potatoes 2
7.Curd 1/2 cup
8.Green chutney
9.Oil for deep fry
10.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
11.Green chillies 3
12.Salt to taste
13.Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
14.Coriander leaves
15.Chaat masala powder 1/2 tbsp
16.Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
18.Turmeric powder a pinch


1.Prepare a smooth dough with wheat flour and keep aside for 1 hour.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add cumin,mustard seeds,green chillies,onions,green peas,coriander,turmeric,salt,chaat masala powder and saute for few minutes.
3.Add mashed potatoes to the frying pan and mix well.
4.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
5.Roll the dough balls into small puris and deep fry till light golden colour.
6.Arrange fried puris in a plate,garnish with fried aloo mixture,carrot,coriander,onions,curd,green chutney and sev.Serve immediately.
