Vankaya Chinta Chiguru

Ingredients:

1.Brinjal 1/4 kilo
2.Chintha chiguru 1/2 cup
3.Onion chopped 1
4.Green chillies 3
5.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
6.Salt to taste
7.Red chilli powder
8.Turmeric powder
9.Coriander leaves
10.Oil 2 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pan,add onions,green chillies,ginger garlic paste and saute,fry for few minutes.
2.Add brinjal,salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and mix well,now crush chintha chiguru with your palms and saute well.
3.Add some water as required,cover and cook for few minutes till brinjals are tender.
4.Cook till done and transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
