Vegetable Pakoda Pulusu

Ingredients
:


1.Moong dal
2.Carrot
3.Cabbage
4.Curry leaves
5.Coriander leaves
6.Jaggery
7.Tamarind
8.Onions
9.Red chilli powder
10.Coriander powder
11.Salt
12.Ginger garlic paste
13.Cumin seeds
14.Fenugreek seeds
15.Pepper corns
16.Oil

Preparation:


1.Soak Monng dal and blend into a fine paste,combine grated carrot,onions,cabbage,onions,ginger garlic paste,green chillies,salt,coriander powder,cumin,fenugreek,pepper powder,coriander,curry leaves.
2.Mix well all the ingredients evenly.
3.Heat oil for deep frying,Drop mixture in hot oil like pakodas and deep fry till nice golden colour.
4.Transfer into a plate,Heat some oil in a pan.
5.Add green chillies,curry leaves,onions and saute.Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
6.Add tamarind juice,some water and bring it to boil by adding salt,red chilli powder.
7.Add cumin,fenugreek,pepper powder,jaggery and boil,add fried pakodas and cook.
8.Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot with garnished coriander leaves.
