Paneer Tomato


1.Paneer grated 1 cup
2.Boiled potatoes 2
3.Banglore Tomatoes 5
4.Onions 2
5.Tomatoes 2
6.Green chillies 4
7.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
8.Whole garam masala
9.Turmeric powder
10.Salt to taste
11.Red chilli powder
12.Oil 3 tbsp
13.Lemon juice 1 tbsp
14.Coriander leaves
15.Cumin powder 1 tbsp
16.Fresh cream 1 tbsp


1.Take a deep bowl add mashed potatoes,paneer,lemon juice,coriander leaves,green chillies,green chillies,salt and mix well.
2.Now stuff this mixture in tomatoes and pan fry for few minutes,keep turning in between the tomatoes,fry evenly.
3.Heat some oil in a pan,add whole garam masala,ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
4.Add turmeric powder,salt,chilli powder and mix well,now add tomato,onion paste and mix well,fry for few minutes till it turns into a thick consistency.
5.Add some water as required,sprinkle some cumin powder and stir well.Place the tomatoes in a bowl and pour the gravy mixture on top of tomatoes,garnish with fresh cream,serve hot.
