Ingredients
:

1.Brinjal
2.Curd
3.Coriander
4.Curry leaves
5.Green chillies
6.Cumin seeds
7.Garlic
8.Salt
9.Turmeric
10.Tempering seeds
11.Ginger garlic paste
12.Oil

Preparation:


1.Take a bowl add curd,garlic,cumin & green chilli paste,salt and mix well,keep aside.
2.Heat oil for deep frying,fry brinjal pieces in hot oil till golden brown colur,add to curd mixture and mix well.
3.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,red chillies,ginger garlic paste,curry leaves,turmeric and saute.
4.Pour tempering mixture in curd mixture,mix well.Garnish with coriander leaves.
