Arati Doota Perugu Pachadi

Ingredients:

1.Arati doota
2.Curd
3.Coriander leaves
4.Onions
5.Green chillies
6.Curry leaves
7.Tempering seeds
8.Salt
9.Turmeric
10.Oil

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,onions and saute till light brown colour.
2.Add green chillies,curry leaves and saute,add arati doota finely chopped (soak in buttermilk to avoid discolour) and mix well.
3.Add salt,turmeric and give it a mix,fry for about 5 minutes on medium flame till tender.
4.Take a bowl combine curd,fried arati doota mixture and mix well.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice.
