Bobbarla Punugulu

Ingredients:

1.Bobbarlu 1/4 kilo soaked and blended
2.Rice flour 4 tbsp
3.Onion chopped 1
4.Green chillies 4
5.Curry leaves
6.Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
7.Cumin seeds
8.Salt to taste
9.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add bobbarla paste,ginger green chilli paste,rice flour,onions,curry leaves,cumin seeds,salt and mix well all the ingredients with some water.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,slowly drop the mixture in hot oil like punugulu and deep fry.
3.Keep turning in between and fry evenly till nice golden brown colour and crisp.Transfer into a plate and serve hot.
