Kanda Attu

Ingredients:

1.Kanda pieces 1 cup
2.Soaked chana dal 1 cup
3.Rice soaked 1 cup
4.Green chillies 5
5.Onion chopped 1
6.Ginger small piece
7.Salt to taste
8.Coriander leaves
9.Oil 2 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Heat some water in a pan,add grated kanda,salt and boil for a minute,keep aside.
2.Take a blender jar,add chana dal,rice,green chillies,ginger,boiled kanda and blend into a smooth paste.
3.Transfer into a bowl and add some water,salt and mix well,meanwhile heat a skillet by drizzling some oil.
4.Pour scoop full of batter on skillet and spread it,sprinkle some onions,coriander leaves and cook evenly on both sides till done.Serve hot.
