Thelagapindi Kandipappu Koora

Ingredients:

1.Toor dal
2.Thelagapindi
3.Garlic
4.Cumin seeds
5.Red chillies
6.Mustard seeds
7.Coriander leaves
8.Curry leaves
9.Urad dal
10.Chana dal
11.Turmeric
12.Salt
13.Red chilli powder
14.Sugar
15.Green chillies
16.Oil

Preparation:


1.Boil 1 1/2 cup water in a pan.
2.Meanwhile take a bowl combine thelagapindi,red chilli powder,salt,sugar and mix well.
3.Add above mixture to boiling water,mix well.Cover and cook for 2 minutes till done.
4.Now add boiled and cooked toor dal to frying pan and give it a good mix.
5.Heat some oil in a pan,add garlic and saute,once done transfer into thelagapindi.
6.In the same pan,add tempering seeds,curry leaves,green chillies,turmeric powder and saute,finally transfer tempering mixture into thelagaopindi and give it a good mix.Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
