Beerakaya Bobbarla Kura


1.Beerakaya pieces 1 cup
2.Boiled Bobbarlu 1/2 cup
3.Onion chopped 1
4.Green chillies chopped 4
5.Grated Coconut 2 tbsp
6.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
7.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
8.Salt to taste
9.Turmeric powder a pinch
10.Butter 1 tbsp
11.Curry leaves
12.Coriander leaves
13.Oil 2 tbsp


1.Heat some butter in pan,oil.Add tempering seeds,green chillies,curry leaves,ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
2.Add onions,turmeric powder,bobbarlu,beerakaya pieces,salt and fry for few minutes by covering a lid.
3.Finally add grated coconut and mix well,sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve hot.
