Atukula Chakkera Pongali

Ingredients
:

1.Atukulu
2.Dry coconut
3.Moong dal
4.Sugar
5.Cashew nuts
6.Kismis
7.Cardamom
8.Ghee

Preparation:

1.Dry roast moong dal for few minutes,add water and bring it to boil.
2.Soak atukulu in water for 5 minutes.
3.Meanwhile fry dry fruits,dry coconut pieces in ghee till light brown colour,transfer into a bowl.
4.Squeeze excess water from atukulu and keep aside.
5.Add atukulu,sugar to boiled moong dal,mix well till sugar melts evenly.
6.Add some ghee and mix well,sprinkle some cardamom powder and give it a good mix.Serve hot with garnished dry fruits.
