Processing of 3200 applications for Police Clearance Certificates in PSKs in Telangana on two Saturdays
In an effort to bring down long appointment cycle in r / 0 PCC applications, 05 Passports Seva Kendras under RPO, Hyderabad 03rd 10th functioned on two consecutive Saturdays i.e., on 3rd and 10th September, 2022 for exclusively processing applications for Police Clearance Certificates. During these two days approximately 3200 applications were processed successfully.
2. As the heavy demand for PCCs has been met by working in the last two Saturdays, Ministry of External Affairs decided not to function this Saturday i.e., 17.09.2022. From now onwards, applicants may continue to book their appointments for PCC during regular week days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) at the above PSKs and get their applications processed.
3. Applicants are advised not to approach brokers/middlemen/touts for PCCs or any kind of passport related services.
