The Officers, Faculty, and Staff of Dr MCR HRD Institute Participated in the Mass Singing of the National Anthem

“The Institute screened 1982-Oscar-winning movie, ‘Gandhi’, to enable employees to learn values of Sacrifice & Patriotism from life of Mahatma Gandhi-Sri Benhur Mahesh Dutt Ekka, IAS

As a part of Swatantra Bharata Vajrotsavalu, the Officers, Faculty, and Staff of Dr MCR HRD Institute participated in the Mass Singing of National Anthem, with great respect, on August 16th , 2022, at 11:30 AM in front of the Admin Block. Sri Benhur Mahesh Dutt Ekka, IAS, Director General (FAC), Dr MCR HRD Institute & Principal Secretary to Government of Telangana lead the singing of the National Anthem.

The venue, which was gripped by the patriotic fervour, was reverberated with the slogan of “Jai Hind”, which followed the singing of National Anthem. Sri Ekka, IAS, who spoke on this occasion, said that the completion of 75 years of Independence and the worth-emulating success stories of India in multiple domains,are the historic events, and, therefore, are being celebrated by Central and State Governments by launching such innovative campaigns as “Azadika Amrit Mahotsav” and “Har Ghar Tiranga”. Sri Ekka, IAS stated that the completion of 75 years of Independence is the most appropriate occasion for employees to take a pledge toperform their jobs with a high degree of dedication and commitment.

“While competence to perform a job is important in its own right, a high level of motivationon the part of employees will have a multiplier effect and would go a long way in achieving the cherished goals of an organization”, stated Sri Ekka, IAS. Sri Ekka, IAS added that the Institute screened 1982-Oscar-winning movie, “Gandhi”, in order to enable the employees to fully learn and internalizethe values of sacrifice and patriotism from the life of Mahatma Gandhi. “Possession of these values will go a long way in enriching the nature and quality of the human resources and in giving a big boost to the efficiency and effectiveness of their contribution”, he added.
