Giridhari Homes Launched a new project - Happiness Hub

Giridhari Homes, which has earned a reputation for building theme-based projects in Hyderabad, has recently announced the launch of a project called Happiness Hub based on the theme of happiness. This project is beingconstructed with 3 towers in G 5 floors on about 5.47 acres in Kismatpur near TSPA (APPA) Junction. According to the details disclosed by the company, it will have a total of 570 flats. Construction of the Happiness Hub project started after obtaining the RERA approval. The flat price has been fixed at Rs 5,500 per sq.ft. The flat sizes vary from 1,033 sq.ft to 1,601 sq.ft. The company has revealed that the project will be completed by December 2025. 

The main objective of Giridhari Homes is to provide a brand new level of happiness to the customers by building affordable, healthy communities with five star facilities. According to the UN report, India has been ranked 136 out of 146 countries on Happiness Index. Not many people know that small countries like Bhutan are ranked better than India. In order to double the happiness quotient of the people, Giridhari Homes has launched the Happiness Hub project as their responsibility. 

On the occasion of unveiling this project, the company's MD Indrasena Reddy said that since the beginning, the company has been focusing on building theme-based projects with the lofty goal of giving the buyers a slightly different experience. He said that this time they have set a target to make the people who bought flats from them happier. "That's why we have adopted the concept of happiness, which is popular abroad, and have started the Happiness Hub with the intention of making children, modern youths and adults happy all the time," he explained. The height of the towers has been limited to only five floors to ensure that the buyers remain always happy, with abundant light and air. The total project value is about Rs 155 crores. The company is planning to take up new projects worth Rs 1,500 crore and start construction of about three million square feet within the next one year.

He said that happiness of a person is getting adversely affected due to many reasons such as traffic jams for hours, excessive pollution of air, noise and chemicals as well as petty quarrels with some people over petty matters. He explained that in the current situation, the lifestyle of many people has become questionable and meaningless filled with chaos and confusion. Keeping in mind everyone's desire to be happy, the Happiness Hub project has been designed. "When we enter the projects, one would come across a number of thesigns indicating happiness - a pleasing nature, chirping of birds and other factors that sooths the mind and double our happiness," he said. One would notice that the breathing pattern also would change with everyone getting to breath fresh air into their lungs. 

Why here?

Kismatpur area is not only close to nature but also has high potential for development. Himayat Sagar Lake with an area of more than 40,000 acres is located near this project. Within the radius of 10 km from TSPA (APPA) junction, there is Mrigavani Park in 6,000 acres and Army Area in 3,000 acres and Agricultural University in more than 6,000 acres of open space. If there is any area with less than 30 percent of the villages and permanent ground coverage area, it is Kismatpur. A metro rail station also is proposed to be developed in this area. A 100 feet road will also be developed right in front of the Giridhari project.

 Happy Happy Clubhouse

The main attraction of the project is the club house. With the aim of fill the visitors' minds with happiness, a new concept of "Happy Bodies, Happy Minds, Happy Souls, Happy Hearts" has been created. The towers in the project have been named Ananda, Ahlada, Ameya and Adhbutha. Badminton courts have been christened as Ullasa and Utsaha. More than 40 names and symbols that trigger happiness in our minds, have been selected. No matter what kind of negative mood its occupants are in, the sight of them releases chemicals associated with happiness in the brain. Being happy is the true nature of man. The main purpose of this project, says the company, is to give it a shape so that the people will always remain fresh.
