Sri Somesh Kumar, IAS Chief Secretary today visited Public gardens to see the arrangements being made in connection with state formation day
celebrations to be held on 2 nd June. He instructed the officials to work in coordination and make elaborate arrangements in a befitting manner. He inspected the police mock drill and enquired about the arrangements made by various departments.
On June 2nd the Honourable Chief Minister Sri K Chandrashekar Rao will pay tributes to the Telangana martyrs and later reach Public Gardens where he will unfurl the national tricolour. He will address the gathering on the occasion.
DGP Mahender Reddy, Special Chief Secretary Housing Sri Sunil Sharma, Secretary R& B Sri Srinivas Raju, Secretary Health Sri Rizvi, GHMC Commissioner Sri Lokesh Kumar, senior officials from police and other departments were present on the occasion.
