| The judgment in the petition filed by Kadapa MP Y. S. Jaganmohan Reddy
seeking bail will be delivered by the High Court today.Jagan was
arrested on May 27 in the illegal investments case. CBI alleges Jagan
was threatening witnesses giving proof against him. The CBI is opposing
Jagan's bail plea. Ashok Bhan, special counsel appearing for the CBI,
said if Jagan was released on bail, the investigation would be
hampered. |
