Singapore's Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong was seen falling on the occasion of his live broadcast of his National Day Rally speech on Sunday. The Prime Minister stopped his speech and he was immediately taken under the observation of doctors. The PM took a one-hour break from rest and reportedly returned to finish his speech. Reports said that Lee underwent keyhole surgery in February last year to treat prostate cancer and was given the all clear in May of that year.
