All Indian ports are being developed at an estimated cost of Rs. 12 lakh crore and Andhra Pradesh (AP) ports have been allotted Rs. 8,400 crores, said Union Minister for Roads and Transport, Nithin Gadkari. He was present at the Road Safety summit at Visakhapatnam. He will visit several projects and ports as part of his two-day tour of the state. All steps will be taken to bring down pollution in Visakhapatnam Port, he said.
