Sangameshwara temple in Kurnool district has submerged as the flood water flow in river Krishna has increased with heavy inflows from Jurala and Narayanpur dams. Devotees prefer to offer prayers and take holy dip for the ensuing Krishna Pushkaralu at Sangameswaram after Srisailam. Krishna Pushkaralu will begin from August 12 and will be held for 12 days. The government made all arrangements for Pushkaralu.
