Parents of school-going children are being put under great pressure while admitting their kids in private schools. The school managements are interviewing the parents and asking them questions about their qualifications, whether they can speak English and what jobs they are doing. As per the Primary Education Act, such interviews are banned. Any child who is six year old should be admitted to Class I without any conditions, the Act says.
