Paris in France is marooned in the worst flood of the century, as Seine river is overflowing at a dangerous 25 mts above its usual level. The river water has even surrounded the famous Eiffel Tower, which had to be shut for visitors, for the first time in 35 years. Meanwhile, the whole of Europe including Germany is battling floods. Texas in US too is facing heavy floods from the past couple of days and there is no respite from the situation, as six relief operation personnel lose their lives.
