Even as the Central meet on National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) ended, representatives of a majority of states agreed to hold the exam in principle. But they urged for more time. Minister Kamineni Srinivas, who represented Andhra Pradesh (AP) said that books are not available in regional languages and it will take some time to get them. Also AP students are not familiar with negative markings which is the norm for CBSE syllabus, he said.
