Police foiled the YSRCP leader Gudivada Amarnath Reddy’s indefinite fast in the early hours of Monday and shifted him to a hospital in Visakhapatnam. Amarnath Reddy sat on an indefinite hunger strike four days ago demanding the Central government to announce separate railway zone for AP and Visakhapatnam as its headquarters. The YSRCP leaders including Botcha Satyanarayana visited the hospital and consoled Amarnath Reddy. Botcha said Amarnath Reddy will continue his fast in the hospital.
