Due to political crisis, 'President's Rule' has been imposed in Uttarakhand, a day before the crucial trust vote in the state assembly for the Harish Rawat government. There are reports that Speaker Govind Kunjwal had disqualified nine rebel MLAs of the ruling Congress. The NDA government justified the move, where as the Congress cried foul. The NDA government representatives alleged that the Harish Rawat government was unconstitutional and immoral'.
