Abdul Rahman Mustafa al-Qaduli, deputy or 2nd in command in the notorious ISIS, is said to have been killed. He is said to have died in American strikes on Syria. The news has been released by Pentagon. The news came in even as the group has been showing it's might in European countries. Two American helcopters followed Abdul Rahman's vehicle and fired at it, killing him, the news report read.
