India is a very diverse country and like its languages, regions which are diverse from each other and this diversity is found even in the food habits in this country. On the other side of the globe to where it is produced, cocoa's new consumers are to be found. In India consumption per capita has grown from 50 g to 120 g over the past five years. In the cities like Mumbai and its neighbour Cobola, the chocolates and pastries have replaced the traditional Indian sweets.
