Two Indian girls died in a fire mishap in Smolensk College, a medical academy in Russia. The girls, one from Mumbai and another from Pune were staying in a room, in the fourth floor of the building, when the fire occurred. The bodies are being flown to Mumbai. Indian Embassy officials said that investigation is on in to the causes of the fire mishap. Foreign Affairs minister Sushma Swaraj condoled the deaths.
