A Class 9 Muslim student from Karnataka secured the first place in the Ramayan exam conducted by the Bharatha Sanskriti Prathisthan in November 2015. Fathimah Rahila, who hails from Puttur village close to Mangalore, has scored 93 per cent in the exam. She is now planning to do a course in Mahabharat. With the support of her father and uncle, Fathimah got first position in the Ramayan exam.
