Sri Lanka is a neighbouring country to India and it was in turmoil for over two decades due to LTTF which supported Tamil Lebration Movement and it came to an end with the iron fisted approach of Srilankan Government. The United Nations Human Rights Chief says Sri Lanka must address its past. The UNO has called for an international judicial inquiry into alleged war crimes by government troops and the Tamil Tigers during the final stages of the country's 26-year conflict.
