A 15-year-old boy, Sailekh, is suffering from a rare disease called monoparesis in which sores develop on the leg and are not healed with any medicine. Gradually these sores may eat in to the flesh, leading to the death of the patient. Doctors adviced amputation and replacing with artificial foot. Sailekh is the son of Seshu Jagadish and Susheela, of Hanumanpet in Nagole, near Secunderabad. He has urged generous donors to help his poor parents to pay for an operation that costs Rs. 2 lakhs.
