Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu?s one day visit to Kurnool district on Monday assumed importance as opposition parties are criticising Chandrababu for neglecting pending projects in Rayalaseema region. Chandrababu visiting Kurnool district after a long gap of 15 months to lay foundation stone for Urdu University in Orvakal mandal in Panyam Assembly constituency. Later, he would inspect the ongoing works of Gorakallu reservoir and Gandikota dam tunnel works. Opposition leaders alleged that Chandrababu did not fulfil promise of making Orvakal as an industrial hub and Kurnool as smart city.
