Elaborate security arrangements have been made in 57 constituencies of Bihar for the fifth and final phase of Assembly elections on Thursday. The polling will take place in Madhubani, Supaul, Araria, Kishanganj, Purnea, Katihar, Madhepura, Saharsa and Darbhanga districts. More than 100 lakh voters to decide the fate of 827 candidates, including 58 women. Political analysts are saying that the NDA might gain edge over Grand Alliance with splitting of votes as MIM and Jan Adhikar Party are in poll fray.
