The Bihar elections are being fought unparalelly and no issue is left without overturning it and all the aspects including the caste is being ployed in these elections. On Battleground Bihar, RJD chief Lalu Prasad accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of starting below the belt attacks. "Prime Minister insulted me, Nitish Kumar and all Biharis," he said. He accused the BJP of playing communal card on quotas and said that raking up of jungle raj issue was BJP's "design to please the upper castes to vote for them."
