Voting for fifty Assembly constituencies in the third phase of Bihar elections began on Wednesday for which 808 candidates are contesting. Voters lined up outside polling booths in the districts of Patna, Vaishali, Saran, Nalanda, Buxar and Bhojpur. Altogether, 1,107 companies of paramilitary forces and the state police have been deployed to ensure peaceful voting. Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, his ally RJD Chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, BJP leaders Ravi Shankar Prasad, Sushil Modi and Shatrughan Sinha to cast their vote on Wednesday.
