Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao is gearing up for GHMC polls by taking up developmental works in Hyderabad. He directed Roads and Buildings Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao to sanction Rs 500 crore for black tapping of 1000 km road and white tapping of 400 km road. KCR took a decision to collect Rs 101 as house property for those who are paying property tax below Rs 1200. KCR is planning to launch double bedroom scheme on Dasara for slum dwellers and also regularise unauthorised layouts that would fetch Rs 2,500 crore for the government.
