One person died and four fire service personnel were injured with fast spreading of forest fire in Northern California. California Governor Jerry Brown has declared a state of emergency in Lake and Napa counties. He is reviewing the situation on regular basis. So far, 40,000 people have been evacuated to safer places. More than 1,000 homes were destroyed with wildfire burning 50,000 acres.
