AP Assembly witnessed heated arguments on the fourth day with ruling and opposition leaders indulging in personal slandering. Leader of the Opposition YS Jagan Mohan Reddy said that the TDP government only declared 236 village as drought-hit from the total of 556, that too, after a prolonged delay. Jagan alleged that the government gave only compensation of Rs 1.5 lakh from the total amount of Rs 5 lakh to kin of farmers, who have committed suicide. But, ruling party leaders including Agriculture Minister P Pulla Rao condemned Jagan?s allegations.
