Researchers doing a documentary on Civil Rights Activist Martin Luther King, Jr. have released a speech recording for the first time he used the phrase "I have a dream?' during a speech in North Carolina in November 1962 -- eight months before the march in Washington. King used the phrase 'I have a dream?' eight times in his address to about 2,000 people at Booker T Washington High School in Rocky Mount.
