The Parliament monsoon sessions have become a talking point amid the furor being created in the houses without being able to discuss the issues of public interest. 27 Congress MPs were suspended and the opposition party is fighting and protesting over the attitude of NDA and Modi Government. Even as the Monsoon session of Parliament is being washed-out and only a week is left, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley is still hopeful that the Goods and Services Tax will be rolled out in April 2016. "Monsoon session washout doesn't mean end of GST. April 1, 2016 deadline is ideal for both state and Centre," said Jaitley.
