At a meeting on Road Safety, AP Chief Secretary Krishna Rao made wearing of helmets by two-wheeler drivers compulsory from tomorrow (August 1). This was to prevent accidents. Also, in case of a road accident, the victim should be admitted in a nearby private or government hospital, the CS said. In case the hospital authorities refuse to admit the case, their licenses will be seized, he added.
