With municipal workers going on an indefinite strike, garbage is piling up on roads and public places in towns and cities causing inconvenience to denizens. People are finding it difficult to walk on the roads with foul smell emanating from overflowing garbage from dustbins. There seems to be no respite for people from sanitation problem with civic workers not willing to call off their strike and officials reluctant to hold talks with them. However, officials concerned are saying that there is no impact of civic workers strike on people.
