The YSRCP president, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, on Saturday consoled the bereaved family members of missing fishermen in the sea. Speaking to the media at Kakinada, YS Jagan slammed the AP government for not taking steps to provide early warnings to missing fishermen so that they might not have ventured into the sea. He criticised the ruling government for not providing financial support to kin of missing fishermen. He demanded the TDP government to pay an ex-gratia of Rs 5 lakh to each fisherman family.
