Haleem is a popular dish made during Ramzan month. It varies from region to region. In Hyderabad many outlets have been selling Haleem with various flavours. Each organiser tries to draw the attention of people with its own specialisation. All classes of people are being attracted by it. Haleem is made of wheat, barley and meat(mutton or chicken). This dish is cooked slowly for seven to eight hours till it turns in to paste like consistency.
