The crucial evidence in the cash-for-vote case -- the audio and video tapes -- have been sent to the forensic lab for testing. The report will come out in a week's time, said former director of the lab Sarada Avadanam. Stating that each person's voice is unique, she said that the audio tapes will be examined for consistent wave pattern. If necessary the suspect will be called to come and give a sample of his or her voice for comparing, she added.
